As we prepare for our pupils to return this September, were looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our team. At Dan y Coed, located in West Cross, Swansea, we provide a safe, nurturing environment where children with autism and complex needs can learn, grow, and thrive. As an LSA, you will:
- Support teachers with lesson planning, assessments, and creative learning approaches.
- Provide high-quality support for small groups of pupils with ASD and complex needs.
- Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues.
- Help organise engaging off-site activities and experiences.
- Support pupils with routines, breaks, and personal care where required.
- Promote an inclusive and supportive environment that encourages progress and positivity.

- Experience with SEN/ASD is welcomed, but not essentialwell provide full training and support.
