Transform Lives this September as an SEMH & ASD Learning Support Assistant!

As we prepare for the reopening of Ty Trafle School in September, we’re seeking passionate and resilient Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our dedicated team. This is your opportunity to start the new academic year in a role where you’ll truly make a difference—supporting children with SEMH and ASD to reach their full potential.

At Ty Trafle, education meets compassion. With small class sizes, cosy classrooms, and a team of specialist educators and therapists, our pupils benefit from a safe, nurturing environment where they can thrive. Learning here is not only engaging—it’s a joyful adventure that combines education, care, and therapeutic support tailored to each child’s needs.

At Orbis Education & Care, our child-centred approach focuses on personal strengths, interests, and aspirations, empowering pupils to enjoy fulfilling lives both in and outside of school.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll be:

- A SEN Superstar: Champion bespoke strategies that meet individual needs.
- A Resilience Rock: Inspire students with your confidence and positivity.
- A Creative Collaborator: Support lesson planning, activities, and assessments.
- An Empathy Expert: Work patiently with small groups of pupils with complex needs.
- A Relationship Guru: Build strong connections with pupils, families, and colleagues.
- A Positive Vibe Promoter: Foster a nurturing and supportive learning environment.
- An Independent Innovator: Bring creativity to every learning experience.
- An Avid Adventurer: Help organise exciting off-site activities.
- A Care Champion: Support pupils with daily routines and activities both in and out of school.

Please Note: This position involves working with children in a regulated capacity and requires an Enhanced DBS Check, including a Barred List Check.

Why join us?

- Blue Light Card: Exclusive discounts at top retailers.
- Career Growth: Clear progression routes and qualifications.
- Referral Bonus: Up to £1,000 for successful referrals.
- Health Plan: Comprehensive coverage after probation.

Apply now and secure your chance to start the new school year at Ty Trafle. We’ll be contacting successful applicants at the beginning of September to arrange interviews, ready for you to join us when our pupils return.

Orbis Education and Care is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive, supportive working environment.
