Commission-Only Business Development Manager – Watford
Recruitment Professionals is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our Watford office on a commission-only basis. This role begins in September and is ideal for someone with strong sales and client relationship experience who wants to earn based directly on results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generating new business opportunities within the recruitment sector
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Presenting and pitching recruitment solutions to potential clients
• Working closely with consultants to ensure client needs are met
• Driving revenue growth through proactive business development
