Summary
Recruitment Professionals is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our Watford town centre office on a permanent commission-only basis.
This role will begin end of September / beginning of October and is ideal for someone with strong sales and client relationship experience who wants to earn based directly on results while enjoying a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generating new business opportunities within the recruitment sector
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Presenting and pitching recruitment solutions to potential clients
• Working closely with consultants to ensure client needs are met
• Driving revenue growth through proactive business development
