Are you ambitious, resilient, and eager to launch a career in recruitment? Recruitment Professionals is offering permanent commission-only Trainee Recruitment Consultant positions based in our Watford town centre offices.
This role is due to start end of September / beginning of October and offers the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment while earning based on results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, databases, and social media
• Assisting with CV screening and interviews
• Matching candidates to live client vacancies
• Learning recruitment best practices from experienced consultants
• Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
