Are you skilled at sourcing candidates and supporting recruitment teams? Recruitment Professionals is hiring Resourcers to join our Watford office from September on a commission-only basis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sourcing candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, and databases
• Screening CVs and conducting initial calls
• Supporting consultants with pipelines and client needs
• Matching candidates to active vacancies
• Keeping CRM records up to date
