Help manage staff rosters during absences or peak periods, ensuring continuity of tasks and service coverage. Support the management of ESRs and recruitment processes. Collaborate with the Service Manager to maintain accurate waiting lists, upholding compliance with the Patient Access Policy and reducing risk of delays or breaches. Act as a central point of contact for patient and stakeholder queries, ensuring effective, timely communication and issue resolution. Uphold quality and safety standards through regular review of risk controls, information governance, and compliance protocols. Support budget tracking and cost-efficiency efforts, including oversight of resources, office supplies, and staffing allocations.
