We are actively seeking an outstandingSpecialist Practitioner Qualified District Nurse to work in our Carlton and Arnold Community Nursing teams in Nottingham We would like to hear from Specialist Practitioner Qualified District nurses who are compassionate about delivery of safe and effective care ,place value in community based care and who feel they can bring something different to our well established, high performing team. A full UK driving licence and vehicle for business use is required for this post; however reasonable adjustments will be made for disabled individuals in line with the Equality Act 2010.
