Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

A busy and growing manufacturing company based in Wythall is currently seeking motivated and reliable Production Operatives to join the team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for stable, long-term work with consistent hours and full training provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment safely on the production line

  
  

• Assemble, pack, or finish products to meet quality standards

  
  

• Carry out basic quality control checks

  
  

• Keep your workstation clean and organised

  
  

• Follow all health and safety procedures

  
  

• Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets

  
  

• Assist with other general production or warehouse duties as needed

  
  Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment is an advantage but not essential

    
    

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

    
    

  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude

    
    

  • Able to work on your feet for extended periods

    
    

  • Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
