The Head Chef is looking an experienced Chef de Partie to join him in his team
His is ideally looking for an all rounder, somebody with good all round experience, but most importantly somebody motivated who enjoys cooking with great ingredients
Location
The hotel is set in its own grounds in a rural location so applicants will ideally need to live in the Brecon, Hay on Wye, or Llandovery area with their own transport although live in is available

Base Salary of up to £30,000 (depending on experience)
