Together for Children are looking to recruit a SEND Development Officer to support our work in Statutory EHCP processes by ensuring the seamless integration of current systems and digital platforms to improve timeframes to share information, improved data capture to allow more informed decision making and improved response times to both families and partners.
This pivotal role will help us to achieve continuous improvement and development of SEND processes to ensure efficient delivery, data reporting and monitoring of data quality. You will have a close eye for detail and the ability to manipulate and understand data reports to support business functions and performance management both internally and for external partners.
You will have oversight and supervision of all those responsible for providing administrative functions to the SEND Team to facilitate the efficient execution of business processes in relation to EHC Needs Assessments and Annual Reviews, therefore a sound knowledge of SEND processes with the Code of practice (2015) is required.
A working knowledge of the Capita One system is desirable, although not essential as full training will be given.
If you would like an informal discussion around the role please email: alison.mcgeary@togetherforchildren.org.uk
Visa sponsorship: We welcome applications from all nationalities; however, successful candidates must, by the commencement of employment, have the right to work in the UK.
