Reception Supervisor

Burleigh Court Hotel

Position: Full time (guaranteed minimum 30 hours per week) working 5 over 7 days, mixture of early and late shifts

Rate of Pay: £13.38 per hour

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Reception Supervisor to join our busy reception team at Burleigh Court Hotel.

We are looking for a confident individual with excellent customer care and communication skills. You must be able to use your initiative and work well under pressure. You will ideally have experience of working within a busy reception team and a proven ability to work accurately and to tight deadlines.

The Reception Supervisor will ensure reception is managed efficiently, driving and coordinating all daily operational reception standards to ensure consistent customer service excellence, whilst supporting the Front of House Manager in leading the reception team.
