As a year 1 Teacher you will be responsible for:
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil progress.
- Use formative and summative assessments to inform planning and next steps.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities and school events.
What you'll need to succeed
We are seeking a teacher who:
- Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
- Has experience teaching in KS1, ideally in Year 1.
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Brings energy, creativity, and a genuine passion for teaching.
