Your new role
- Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons in Nursery and Reception settings
- Maintain an inclusive classroom that nurtures curiosity and early learning
- Follow EYFS frameworks and tailor activities to meet the needs of young learners
- Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure smooth transitions during staff absences
- Confidently manage behaviour
- Adapt your teaching style to suit the unique ethos of each school
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), with Early Years experience
- A flexible and proactive approach to working across different school environments
- Strong communication skills to build rapport with young children and staff
- Confidence in delivering the EYFS curriculum and managing early years routines
- Previous experience in Nursery or Reception within a primary school setting
