Kingdom Services Group have a great opportunity for a Site Security and cleaning Supervisor to join our team working at a shopping centre in the Farnborough area, GU14.
Site Supervisor in a dual role is responsible for both the operational and supervisory aspects of a Shopping Centre Environment, often including hands-on operational tasks and team management. This role requires a combination of practical Security and Cleaning skills and leadership abilities to ensure operations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standards.
When: We’re looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP!
Salary: £14.95 per hour.
Hours: On average 42 hours per week, shifts as per site rota, 4 days on, 4 days off. Monday to Sunday 08:00am - 20:00pm

Responsibilities:
Supervision and Management
Overseeing Security and Cleaning site activities, managing a team of workers and subcontractors, delegating tasks, and ensuring work is completed to specifications and deadlines.
Control Room:
Overseeing daily operations in a CCTV control room, directing and coordinating Security and Cleaning activities.
Safety and Compliance:
Enforcing safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections, identifying, and mitigating hazards, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Quality Control:
Ensuring work meets quality standards, conducting inspections, and resolving any issues or defects.
Hands-on Tasks:
May be required to perform certain Security and Cleaning tasks alongside the team, depending on specific site requirements.
Training and Mentorship:
Providing guidance and support to staff, apprentices, or trainees, and contributing to their development.
Record Keeping:
Maintaining site documentation, including daily logs, safety reports, and progress reports.
About you:
A valid SIA licence or applied for / CCTV licence.
Own transport required.
A full five year checkable employment history.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
An ability to work as part of a team.
An enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible approach.
IT skills.
