Working day shift 7am to 7pm on a rolling 4-on 4-off shift pattern in a hands-on role.
We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to manage the on-site cleaning team, including the development of staff and maintaining excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer.
You will be responsible for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning following the Master Sanitation Schedule. You will ensure that the cleaning team understand and work to task schedules while following the correct Health & Safety procedures by providing technical training as and when required. Distribution of tasks followed by process confirmation whilst monitoring the standard of cleanliness.
Ensuring the correct use of materials including chemicals and order stocks as necessary. Dealing with any issues efficiently and in a professional manner, referring to line manager where appropriate.
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory and cleaning experience. With good communication skills both written and verbal, be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude and they will be able to work to a schedule on their own initiative.
