We require a Team Leader who will work alongside the day shift supervisor managing the cleaning team and deputise in their absence following a 4-on 4-off rolling shift working7am to 7pm.
You will have the ability to lead a team and give directions, with effective communication skills both verbal and written. Previous Team leading skills with a pro-active approach and the ability to manage and prioritise the workload effectively.
In your new role as Team leader you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs. Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out in line with current SLA's and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements. You will need to undertake successfully all training required to deliver the Team leader role.
Manage a team and work under own initiative. Building positive and productive working relationships with the team, clients and colleagues, and deliver excellent customer service, seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

In order to be successful in this role you will need have the ability to communicate and read basic English, previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential and have a flexible approach to the role.
