We are looking for a flexible and experienced Casual Occupational Health Advisor to join our team on an as-needed basis. About the Role:
As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will:
Support occupational health policies and practices.
Work with internal stakeholders to promote a healthy workplace.
Triage management referrals
Manage a caseload of occupational health assessments.
Provide expert advice on workplace adjustments and health interventions.
Offer specialist guidance on medical matters and the Equality Act.
Maintain accurate health records
Prepare professional reports.
Attend meetings to provide occupational health expertise.
Deliver health surveillance and immunisation programmes.
Contribute to health promotion and wellbeing initiatives.
About you:
Registered Nurse ideally with relevant occupational health qualifications.
Experience in occupational health case management and health surveillance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to varying workloads.
Up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice.
