You will be responsible for delivering complex products and services. These will be managed by multiple teams, often involving high technical or political risk.
You should possess a strategic understanding of schedule changes, conflicts, and risks affecting performance, cost, and time constraints, as well as operational delivery. You will oversee program-level schedule analysis to escalate, report, and communicate schedule changes to key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Manage dependencies of varying complexity, potentially planning, and feeding into larger programmes and portfolios.
Lead communication and collaboration across complex stakeholder groups, ensuring priorities are aligned and effectively managed.
Monitor, manage and report on programme budget, understanding and supporting the financial planning cycle where required.
Leading on managing project budget, making smart decisions to stay on track and within delegated limits.
Drive financial clarity by producing timely, accurate reports, forecasting outcomes, managing risk, and informing strategic financial planning.
Remove blockers and manage risks, commercials, budgets, and people and be an initial escalation point for the programme.
Remote working within this role is something that can be discussed at interview stages or with your future line manager if you are found successful.
