You’ll be the driver behind a 40% growth in social reach and the creator of content that not only gets likes and shares but also generates organic leads for the team.
This is a hands-on, highly creative role where you’ll be scripting, filming, editing and posting content daily. You’ll be in front of the camera as much as behind it, and your ideas will shape how the brand shows up online. If you’ve got the creativity of a storyteller, the editing skills of a pro and the confidence to talk to an audience of thousands, this is your calling.
What you’ll do:
- Create, film and edit engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram and other platforms
- Write witty, educational and inspiring captions and posts to match our tone
- Drive a 40% growth in social media following across all platforms
- Turn views into leads with smart, conversion-focused content strategies
- Track analytics, test new ideas and adapt quickly to what’s working
- Stay ahead of social trends to keep content fresh, relevant and shareable
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years in social media management or a similar content creation role
- Confident on camera with a natural, authentic delivery style
- Strong video editing skills (experience with TikTok/Instagram editing tools or Adobe suite is a plus)
- Creative thinker who can balance fun, education, and results
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and hungry for career growth
