McGinley Supports Services are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Plant and Vehicle Marshall to join our team in Norwich. If you have experience in directing plant and vehicle movement on-site, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely direct plant and vehicle movements across the site
  • Manage exclusion zones and pedestrian safety
  • Perform vehicle checks and enforce site traffic rules
  • Liaise with drivers and site personnel to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Valid Plant and Vehicle Marshall/Banksman certificate
  • CSCS card (preferred)
  • Solid understanding of site safety procedures
  • Good communication skills and reliability

What We Offer:

  • £14.66 per hour basic rate
  • Overtime paid after 10 hours worked daily
  • Weekly pay (if agency role)
