We're recruiting for a well-established Glasgow business looking for a skilled Accounts Payable Assistant to join their fast-paced finance team.

The Role
- Process supplier invoices accurately and on time
- Reconcile supplier statements & resolve discrepancies
- Prepare weekly aged creditors reports
- Complete month-end close for accounts payable
- Maintain supplier records and set up new accounts
- Manage payment runs in line with agreed terms
- Handle AP mailbox queries promptly and professionally
- Perform daily bank postings & reconciliations
- Work with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries
About You
- Confident with Microsoft Office
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Professional, proactive, and a team player
