Overtime: Time and a half after 39 hours
Job Description:
We are currently recruiting hardworking and reliable General Operatives to join our team on a long-term infrastructure project starting mid-September. This is a great opportunity for those with valid CSCS cards and a strong work history to secure consistent work with competitive rates.
You'll be assisting with various site tasks as required, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment, and supporting the delivery of a major civil engineering scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out general site duties as directed by supervisors
- Support skilled trades and plant operatives as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Follow site health and safety procedures at all times
- Work as part of a team to meet site targets and deadlines
Requirements:
- Green CSCS Card - Essential
- Minimum 5 years of checkable work references
- Preferably operatives who have:
- Worked continuously with us for the past 5 years
- OR worked under CIS/Limited Company for the last 5 years
