Overtime: Time and a half after 39 hours

Job Description:

We are currently recruiting hardworking and reliable General Operatives to join our team on a long-term infrastructure project starting mid-September. This is a great opportunity for those with valid CSCS cards and a strong work history to secure consistent work with competitive rates.

You'll be assisting with various site tasks as required, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment, and supporting the delivery of a major civil engineering scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out general site duties as directed by supervisors
  • Support skilled trades and plant operatives as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Follow site health and safety procedures at all times
  • Work as part of a team to meet site targets and deadlines

Requirements:

  • Green CSCS Card - Essential
  • Minimum 5 years of checkable work references
  • Preferably operatives who have:
  • Worked continuously with us for the past 5 years
  • OR worked under CIS/Limited Company for the last 5 years
Strong work ethic and reliability Full PPE Right to Work in the UK
