The post holder will be responsible for providing a portering service directly to patients and service users. The post holder is to work within the Porter Services Service Level Agreement and detailed assignment instruction for the post and site. Is required to use own initiative when emergency incident and non-routine situations arise e.g. security and transport services incidents and challenges etc. Contribute to the provision of healthcare for the Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board (CTMUHB) by delivering a porter service which meets all organisational and legislative standards and support the Facilities Unit commitment to quality standards.
