More about the roleCaledonia Housing Association is excited to offer the position of Modern Apprentice - Business Administration & Human Resources to a candidate who has strong organisation and communication skills, a genuine interest in people, and is eager to build their career in Business Administration or Human Resources.Working as part of our People Team, and reporting to our Sr HR Business Partner, you will support a wide range of HR activities. This will include all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, using our HR systems, supporting colleagues with queries, and general administration. You will work with the Health, Safety & Wellbeing Officer to learn about workplace safety, assist with health and safety administration, and support wellbeing activities. How will my learning be supported?Initially you will complete 1 day per week either at college or completing self-led learning and 4 days per week of workplace learning. What you do in work will also count towards your qualification where you will gain vital industry experience.A workplace mentor will be assigned to you to support you throughout your apprenticeship, however our whole team will be happy to help and support wherever they can. What qualifications or qualities are required?Three National 5 qualifications or equivalent (one of these qualifications must be in English).
