A Solicitors practice in the Swindon area are looking to recruit an additional residential property lawyer to their team.
The successful candidate for this position will be able to demonstrate upwards of 2 years experience in handling their own caseload of residential conveyancing matters in their current or recent positions.
This is a firm that very much has a quality over quantity approach to the way that it runs its conveyancing team. They charge at the higher end of the market and keep caseload sizes relatively low compare to a lot of other firms in order to maintain a high quality and personalised service to all their clients. This also has the effect of ensuring a more pleasant working environment for their people.
They manage workflows properly to ensure that standards of service are not compromised and people within the team continue to enjoy a good work life balance and are able to work in an environment day to day where they do not feel constantly overworked.
Their is 1-1 assistant support within the teams is provided along with a dedicated post completion team in order to aid efficiency.
The firm will pay a good salary (based on experience) along with offering bonuses, 26 days annual leave +bank and christmas closure, private healthcare and much more.
Hybrid working is available within the firm for those looking for a split between home and office working.
