Understand the legal responsibilities of the profession Able to present information, written and orally, in a clear and logical manner Ability to organise, prioritise and delegate Ability to work with Multi/interdisciplinary and analyse tasks and activities, synthesise findings and develop goal orientated treatment plans. Understand and apply principles of risk management to clinical practice Understanding of Clinical Governance and the implications for occupational therapy services including experience of quality issues and audit Understanding principles and application of supervision in promotion of clinical effectiveness as a supervisee. Ability to comprehend and work within the Trusts policies of data protection, equal opportunities and Health and Safety to meet the differing needs of the Patients Ability to appreciate the sensitivity, complexity of context and culture and diversity within clinical practice.
