There's an exciting opportunity to join West Lindsey District Council as a Regulatory Compliance Officer Apprentice. As an apprentice, you’ll get hands-on experience to gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying towards a Level 4 Regulatory Compliance Officer Apprenticeship.

Your tasks will involve providing technical administrative support to the Council’s ever-changing Building Control team, focussing on developing & supporting implementation of processes, helping the team align closely with their ISO:9001 Quality Management System. They will also facilitate the enforcement of statutory regulations whilst providing outstanding customer service in a commercial environment & supporting specific projects and change initiatives being delivered within the service area.

We are looking for people who are enthusiastic to learn, have a ‘can do’ approach to solving problems, can approach challenges analytically and practically, and who are committed to providing excellent customer service, whilst gaining a qualification.

If you are interested, then please read the Apprentice Application Pack available on our website.

To apply: For application documentation, please click the Apply button at the bottom of the page.

Please note we do not accept CV’s as a form of application.

Applicants will be subject to a basic DBS check.
