Then this could be the role for youJob Title: Exams and Achievement OfficerLocation: King’s Lynn (with occasional travel to other campuses)Hours: 37 hours per weekSalary: £28,263 - £30,267 per annum (Pending job evaluation)Due to continued investment, growth in student numbers, qualifications, exams, increased learner needs we are recruiting for additional Exams and Achievement Officers. These new roles will provide the wider college with dedicated support in relation to day-to-day exams practice, supervising colleagues, liaising with external and internal partners.Here at CWA we offer a range of courses and qualifications from entry level to level 7. Our Exams and Achievement team provide invaluable across all our campuses ensuring that exams run smoothly, providing our learners with the best possible environment in which to thrive. This is a varied role and includes line management of the exams team, liaising with external bodies and keeping up to date with the latest regulations. Exams take place throughout the year with a variety of exam boards and at each of our campuses. During peak exam periods some flexibility may be required with regards to working hours, with the availability for time off in lieu or overtime to compensate. There may be occasions when an earlier start to the day and/ or later finish are needed.We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving Exams and Achievement team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength.
