Aboutthe Team
You'll be joining a collaborative team of four, including two SeniorDevelopment Advisors and a Senior Associate. The team is responsible fordelivering high-impact development and coaching programmes across our businessservices and fee-earning populations. You'll be assessing and identifying development needs for Trainees, Apprentices, and fee earners up tothree years PQE, as well as equivalent roles within Business Services.


KeyResponsibilities

  • Co-lead thedelivery and evolution of our signature development programmes, Ignite andAccelerate, tailored for early career professionals across the Firm.
  • Providecoaching support to participants of the Accelerate programme, includingAssociates, Advisors, and Specialists, and extend coaching to other individualsacross the Firm as needed.
  • Oversee themanagement of our internal mentoring schemes, ensuring timely review and actionof all applications and maintaining programme effectiveness.
  • Collaborateon the design and ongoing enhancement of business and leadership developmentprogrammes.
  • Administerand interpret psychometric and emotional intelligence tools to supportindividual and team development.
  • Ensure alllearning initiatives are aligned with the Firm's Values and Behavioursframework.
  • Deliver arange of core skills and management training sessions, covering topics such as; Personalimpact and productivity; Communicationand interpersonal effectiveness; Managingperformance and feedback; Financialand commercial literacy; Clientrelationship building and consultative selling; Deliveringexceptional client service; Mentoringfor professional growth


WhatWe're Looking For

  • Proven experience incoaching and facilitation, ideally within a corporate or professional servicesenvironment
  • Recognised coachingqualification (e.g., ICF, EMCC, Association for Coaching, ILM, EMBCC Henley MScin Coaching, Henley MSc, or equivalent) is essential
  • Experience workingwith C-suite and leadership populations is highly desirable
  • Strong stakeholdermanagement and communication skills
  • Ability to work acrosshybrid delivery models (classroom and virtual)
  • Industry background isflexible - legal, automotive, or other sectors welcome
