What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supporting clients with compassion and respect, recognising their individual needs, differences, and behaviours.
• Assisting in the delivery of engaging group sessions and courses that promote wellbeing and personal development.
• Getting involved in co-producing services with clients, ensuring their voices are heard.
What You’ll Learn:
• Core support skills including safeguarding, communication, and professional boundaries.
• How to plan and deliver effective support tailored to individual needs.
• The importance of therapeutic risk-taking and working within structured frameworks.
