Responsibility - patient/client care: Deliver high-quality, compassionate care in alignment with unit philosophy. Responsibility for policy and service development: Contribute to the growth and innovation of the units services. Responsibility for financial and/or physical resources: Support the efficient use of resources, including staff, equipment, and consumables. Responsibility - staff management/leadership/training: Support the Senior Sister in rota planning and ensuring safe staffing levels.
