• Career progression opportunities within a stable, respected company.
• Friendly, fast-paced environment with strong teamwork culture.
What You’ll Do:
• Assist in maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Support risk assessments and compliance audits.
• Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation.
• Help ensure compliance with H&S and environmental legislation.
• Liaise with internal departments and external auditors.
• Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams for documentation and reporting.
• Take part in continuous improvement and compliance projects.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
• Some relevant compliance or H&S training/certificates (NEBOSH an advantage but not essential).
• GCSEs (A–C) in English, Maths, and Science.
• Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, Teams).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with a proactive mindset.
• Strong communicator at all levels.
Desirable:
• NEBOSH General Certificate (if not held, you’ll be supported to achieve it).
• IEMA or CQI membership.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
• Manufacturing or medium-risk environment experience.
• Risk assessment or audit experience.
• Awareness of relevant H&S and environmental legislation.
