Summary
Key responsibilities:
Ensure MPS and MPGS benevolence requests are processed in a timely and accurate fashion.
Support the Assistant Corps Secretary (the AGC’s benevolence lead) in the conduct of benevolence casework in accordance with Corps Instructions.
Produce the MPS annual magazine, collating and editing articles to ensure the previous year’s activities are well represented.
Maintain financial oversight of the MPS Association funds producing, finalising and submitting ac-counts to the Charity Commission.
Support the MPS Regiment with the organisation of an annual MPS Association reunion.
Support the Assistant Corps Secretary with ensuring those leaving service are aware of the support available through AGC HQ.
Support the Assistant Corps Secretary with maintaining contact with MPS and MPGS veterans.
Establish relationships with team members to work effectively as the focal point for all MPS and MPGS matters.
Support wider AGC HQ activity including the annual AGC Triple Crown Competition, commemorative events and Collaboration activity.
