Summary
Activities we carry out include:
Basic research and investigation of welfare cases submitted for eligibility, accuracy and completeness. Logging, preparation and submission of case files to The RLC soldiers, veterans and families support officer for action
Liaison with other Government Departments, Service Headquarters, other welfare organisations and charities, both verbally and in writing
Maintenance of Medical Discharge Scheme records, deaths and associated databases
Participation in preparation of monthly and annual financial statistical reports and reconciliation of expenditure utilising Case Management System 2 (CMS2) and Subscriber Customer Relationship Management (SCRM) databases. Training will be provided to the successful candidate in using CMS2 and SCRM
Involvement in facilitating financial grants and awards process for approximately £1m per annum. Governance of personnel data submitted by caseworkers to align with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) legal requirements
