Salary: Up to £125/day (based on experience)

The Role
You'll work across KS3 and KS4, providing tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of needs including Autism, SEMH, and moderate learning difficulties. Working closely with teachers, therapists, and the SENCO, you'll help adapt resources, promote engagement, and build meaningful relationships with pupils who need it most.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with EHCPs both in and outside the classroom
- Adapt learning materials to suit individual needs
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation
- Collaborate with teaching staff and external professionals
- Foster trust and confidence with hard-to-reach learners
Candidate Profile:
- Experience supporting SEND students in secondary settings
- Confident working with ASD, SEMH, and MLD
- Calm, flexible, and empathetic approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Background in psychology, youth work, or education (desirable)
