Property Services are also multi-discipline and focus on supporting the Council’s programme through Project Management; Property and Building Maintenance; Facilities Management (Cleaning Services); Carbon Management; and the Efficient Use of Council Property.
You will be expected to undertake various administration duties across both teams including dealing with telephone calls, inputting and extracting information from IT systems, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, minute taking, as well as many other activities associated with a busy office environment.
