Salary - LLT Support Staff Scale 25 £26,664 FTE
Base: This is a Trust role which requires the postholder to work at both Colleges. The successful candidate will be based at Richard Taunton College (Southampton) with occasional requirement to travel to St Vincent College (Gosport). This will be further discussed on appointment.

Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for people and processes? We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Resourcing & People Services Administrator to become a valued member of our friendly and supportive HR and Payroll team.
In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll work closely with the Resourcing and People Services Manager to provide essential administrative support across all areas of HR. Whether you're experienced in HR or looking to grow your career in this field, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of HR functions in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries and directing them appropriately
• Supporting staff absence tracking and reporting
• Maintaining accurate records in our HR/Payroll systems
• Coordinating onboarding processes for new starters
• Advertising vacancies and scheduling interviews

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise a busy workload

• Previous experience in HR or recruitment is a bonus, but not essential
Working Hours: We offer flexibility for the right candidate:
• 32 hours per week, all year round, or
• 37 hours per week, term-time only (based on 39 weeks per year aligned with college term dates)
