Crynodeb
Responsible for patient care, support of relatives. Provide holistic patient care, with attention to patient needs. Responsible for feeding and arranging food for patient s in our care, providing supplements as required. To encourage mobility assessing patients mobility and supporting as require. We aim to #End Pyjama Paralysis in our unit by getting patient up and mobile as soon as possible, working with Physio and Occupational therapy teams.
