Quantity Surveyor requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying is desirable
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in Quantity Surveying role within the construction industry working for developers or main contractors
- Ideally have worked on Industrial, logistics, retail or commercial projects
- Strong commercial skills to maximise value recovery, cost control and cash management
- Able to prepare and understand financial reports and utilise COINS
- Client driven with strong decision making and communication skills
