Administrator (temporary, to become permanent for the right person)
£12.21ph, Doncaster, DN2, 8am - 4.30 Monday – Friday (flexi hours, full or part time – 7.5hrs or 8 hrs per day)
Admin Assistant Duties:
• To complete a range of general administration tasks to support the smooth running of the office.
• Answer telephone enquiries or redirect/take messages as appropriate
• Preparation of emails and other communication to customers and suppliers using Microsoft Office.
• Data entry, maintaining and updating spreadsheets using Excel
• Inputting payroll, finance and job information on the management system Fergus which is similar to Sage and Zero Accounting (experience of these would be beneficial, but not essential).
• Any other duties requested by the line manager.
Administrator requirements:
• We would expect the successful administrator to be experienced within this field, be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of all Microsoft office packages.
• Ability to work on your own with strong attention to detail.
• Consistent accuracy and efficiency as well as being an effective record keeper with strong organisational skills.
Administrator Benefits:
Rate of pay is initially up to £12.21ph
Hours can be flexible between 8am - 4.30pm – 7.5hrs or 8 hrs per day
Monday – Friday only – full time or 3 days per week
The company is in DN2, has free parking as well as being on a bus route
Duration – Temp (initially for a specific project may go longer/perm)
