Crynodeb
Act as a lead for specialist fertility services within the trust, supporting the Lead Fertility Nurse / Consultant Nurse to identify strategic direction for fertility services across primary secondary and tertiary care Work as a clinical expert and role model and provide practice development and leadership in a multi -disciplinary environment. Use expert knowledge to investigate and manage patients referred for specialist fertility treatment. Ensure that all interventions are based on scientific rationale, evidence based standards of care and current best practice guidelines and pathways. Demonstrate highly developed and advanced specialist knowledge and skills through innovative practice providing increased levels of autonomy. The post holder will be required to work at our Knutsford site as the main base, but will be expected to travel to the Liverpool site when required. Support the Clinical Services Manager and wider members of the Divisional Management team in achieving the strategic objectives for the Division and the Trust. It is expected that the individual will work as a clinical expert and role model and provide practice development and leadership in a multi-disciplinary environment.
