Apprentice Recruitment Coordinator – Resourcing Team

Your role will include:
• Advertising jobs on NHS Jobs/TRAC
• Supporting candidates through applications and interviews
• Learning employment checks to NHS standards
• Keeping managers updated on vacancies
• Assisting at recruitment events
• Helping ensure smooth onboarding for new starters
We’re looking for GCSEs (Grade 4/C+) in English & Maths, good communication skills, basic IT knowledge, and an interest in people and problem-solving.

Please note that this role is primarily office based.
As an Apprentice Recruitment Coordinator, you will:
• Learn how to respond to queries from applicants and managers, providing information and advice in a helpful and professional way.
• Support with sending offer letters and paperwork to successful candidates and help to complete pre-employment checks in line with Trust policies and NHS Employment Check Standards.
• Develop skills in using recruitment systems such as NHS Jobs, TRAC, and the Electronic Staff Record (ESR).
• Assist with organising and taking part in recruitment events, such as open days and assessment centres.
• Learn how to ensure all employment is compliant with legislation and Trust processes.
• Gain an understanding of HR policies and how they apply in recruitment.
