A well-regarded primary school in South Manchester, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their nurturing and inclusive team. The school is committed to staff development and welcomes applications from experienced HLTAs as well as Early Career Teachers (ECTs) with relevant experience.

As an HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting teaching and learning activities, working closely with the class teacher to ensure the academic, social, and emotional progress of all pupils. You will have the opportunity to work with small groups and provide one-to-one support to children with diverse needs, helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for working with children, and a strong commitment to fostering a love for learning. You should have a solid understanding of the primary curriculum and be able to adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of pupils.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support teaching and learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
