About the Role
We are working exclusively with a well-established, large Residential Care Home in Ormskirk that is seeking a highly skilled Residential Care Home Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader in Residential Care to join a respected provider and take responsibility for delivering exceptional standards of service.

The Opportunity
As the Residential Care Home Manager, you will oversee the full operation of the Residential Care Home, ensuring the highest standards of Residential Care are maintained. You will work closely with the senior management team and be accountable for compliance, resident satisfaction, team development, and budget management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the day-to-day running of the Residential Care Home.

  
  

• Leading and motivating a dedicated Residential Care team.

  
  

• Ensuring the Residential Care Home meets and exceeds CQC standards.

  
  

• Overseeing care planning and delivery to maintain outstanding Residential Care.

  
  

• Building positive relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.

  
  

  Candidate Requirements
  The successful Residential Care Home Manager will have:

  • Proven management experience in a Residential Care Home.

    
    

  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and Residential Care best practices.

    
    

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

    
    

  • A passion for delivering person-centred Residential Care.
