Crynodeb
Christmas is a very special time of year at Chatsworth and you can be part of it by joining our friendly retail team, working 3 or 4 days per week in our Christmas Parlour.You will help us maintain our high standards of customer care by engaging with our customers and helping them with their purchases, whether a retail food gift or serving food and hot or cold drinks.Your other duties will include; maintaining excellent product knowledge, stock control, administration checks, light cleaning and clearing of tables and till work. You will be given all the training and support required to help you succeed in this role. As Christmas is a very busy period you will need to have excellent customer service skills, ideally with cash handling experience too. We have two roles available:1. Sunday-Wednesday (9.30am-6pm) 32 hrs per week2. Thursday-Saturday (9.30am-6pm) 24 hrs per weekBoth roles will have possible earlier starts and later finishes in November and December when we are most busy.These are fixed-term roles starting week commencing 22 September 2025 and finishing 4 January 2026.Please ensure you state your preferred role (i.e. 3-days or 4-days) in your application.Our core values include “Being Inclusive” and we particularly welcome applications from disabled and Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) candidates who are currently under-represented.
