Join a well-established business with a vibrant, supportive team! We’re looking for a Customer Service & Sales Advisor who thrives on helping customers and enjoys turning enquiries into bookings. This is a perfect blend of customer service and sales, handling inbound calls and live chat enquiries with a friendly, solutions-focused approach.
What You’ll Be Doing
Answer inbound calls and respond to live chat enquiries.
Provide clear, impartial advice to help customers choose the right options.
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Update and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
Process amendments and cancellations for existing bookings.
What We’re Looking For
A warm, upbeat personality with excellent people skills.
Experience in phone-based customer service or sales.
Ability to stay calm and motivated under pressure.
Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner.
Availability: Monday–Friday (9 am–5.30 pm or 10.30 am–7 pm) plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (9 am–5 pm).
