Sales / Customer Relations Manager job in Balsall Common, Job Overview:

• Take inbound phone, email and in person enquiries for Home Improvement Projects across the Midlands.
• Guide clients through the sales journey, including: Coordinating and attending initial site visits with the costing team. Liaising with architects and planning professionals when necessary. Presenting and explaining detailed project proposals to clients. Working with inhouse designer to support clients with design and specification choices, ensuring all required information is clear and timely.
• Manage project / contract variations during the lifecycle, ensuring clear communication with the client and internal teams. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey, working closely with the project delivery team.
• Generate new business leads through planning letter campaigns, marketing initiatives, and relationship management.
• Analyse customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improving the client experience. Contribute to ongoing improvements in customer relationship management and business growth strategies.
