Crynodeb
You will need to display clear communication skills in interactions with patients and staff to be successful in this busy and pressured outpatient department. You will be responsible for answering and prioritising telephone enquiries in a timely manner from patients, relatives, other departments and GP practices. You will proactively co-ordinate requests for appointments ensuring that each patient receives the appropriate follow up appointments. In return you will be fully supported to learn and develop in this exciting role. As part of the admin, nursing and medical team in Orthopaedics at the LRI, you will gain experience and confidence in dealing with the public.
